TROPICAL WU LONG

Tropical fruit cocktail with mango, maracuja (passion fruit) and guava. Low in theine.

ORANGE BLOSSOM WU LONG

Semi-fermented tea, scented with orange blossom. It has a low theine content and is a wonderful tea for the evening!

RED FRUITS WU LONG

Raspberry and wild strawberry flavours. Low in theine.

LIME WU LONG

Semi-fermented tea with fresh notes of lime. Has a low theine content.

EARL GREY WU LONG

Earl Grey has been a great English classic ever since Charles Grey, 2nd Earl of Falloden and Foreign Secretary went on to become Prime Minister in 1830. For saving the life of the Chinese Mandarin, he received in gratitude a specially scented tea flavoured with oil of bergamot.

A wonderful Wu Long generously scented with a natural extract of bergamot.

CHOICEST

Very heavy fermentation: 70% and over. Mild and aromatic. Equally good in a blend as a means of softening a black tea.

WU LONG 7 AGRUMES

Different of the teas produced in Georgia, Russian blends are the ones that have been drunk regularly in Russia since the 17th century. These latter teas, which in the beginning were blends of black Chinese teas, became more diversified at the end of the 19th century by the introduction of Indian teas at the Russian court, most notably Darjeeling. Since then it has been the custom to refer to all blends of Darjeeling and different Chinese black teas as “Russian blends” teas, whether or not they are scented with natural citrus extracts.

A wonderful Wu Long, fragranced with the famous 7 citrus fruits cocktail created by Le Palais des Thés, which consists of natural extracts of lemon, lime, sweet orange, bitter orange, grapefruit, bergamot and mandarin. When combined with the hesperides notes of the citrus fruits, the woodland character of Wu Long (oolong) tea takes on a delicious flavour, whilst retaining its long lasting taste. Can be served hot or iced.

KWAI

Stronger fermentation (50-60%). The most scented and the most flowery, this semi fermented tea is enlivened by the addition of cinnamon flower pollen and orchid pistils.

THE DES SONGES

A delicious Wu Long (Oolong) that is scented with flowers and exotic fruits. Low in caffeine.

THE MARIN

Rich in mineral salts and trace elements (iron, iodine, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, etc.), this skilful blend of semi-fermented teas and algae is prized by oriental dietary specialists. Low in theine.
