Iced tea
Tea is also delicious in its iced version. A refreshing drink, quick and easy to prepare!
The choice of tea:
Iced tea can be prepared either with green teas or black teas. Whether flavoured or not, all types of teas are perfectly suitable!

How to make iced tea :
Flavoured green teas:
Infuse 15g of flavoured green tea in one litre of room temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and place into the fridge.
Flavoured black teas:
Infuse 15g of flavoured black tea in one litre of room temperature water for 1 hour. Remove the leaves and place into the fridge.
Classic black teas:
Put 10g of classic black tea into one litre of room temperature water and leave it to infuse overnight to enhance its flavour. Remove the leaves and place into the fridge. Just before serving, top with a slice of orange or lemon.
Bancha Hojicha (roasted green tea from Japan):
Infuse 8g of Bancha Hojicha in one litre of cold water for 1 hour. Remove the leaves and place into the fridge.
