THE DES SONGES BLANC

Le Thé des Songes Blanc is a recipe created by Le Palais des Thés, combining white tea, flowers and fruit. Delicately scented, it evokes rose, orange blossom and red fruit. Safflower petals and strawberry pieces have been added to a delicious Bai Mu Dan, which is refined and delicate.

THE DES MOINES

Inspired by an ancient recipe created in a Tibetan monastery, Thé des Moines is a rare blend with a unique flavour. Legend tells how the monks would prepare this blend of tea, plants and flowers in the greatest of secrecy. After several days of soaking, the leaves were carefully Plucked out and put to one side. By this mysterious alchemy the monks turned the tea into gold and gave Thé des Moines its exceptional scent.

EARL GREY BIO

A blend of two organic black teas from Sri Lanka and Southern India, scented with the natural essence of organic bergamot. A delicate orange note complements the typically fresh, lively flavour of Earl Grey. A lovely tea.

BLUE OF LONDON

Earl Grey has been a great English classic ever since Charles Grey, 2nd Earl of Falloden and Foreign Secretary went on to become Prime Minister in 1830. For saving the life of the Chinese Mandarin, he received in gratitude a specially scented tea flavoured with oil of bergamot.

Yunnan is one of the best black teas in the world and with a fresh and delicate bergamot from Calabria, it gives a particularly fine and well balanced blend. An exceptional Earl Grey.

THE DU HAMMAM « ROOIBOS »

Inspired by a traditional Turkish recipe, Thé du Hammam is a rich, fruity tea created by Le Palais des Thes. This new recipe is an original combination of green date pulp, rich red fruit and the mellow roundness of Rooibos.

THE DU HAMMAM BLACK LEAF

Thé du Hammam Black Leaf is more than a black tea version of the Thé du Hammam, it also offers a variation on this wonderful recipe. It has the same rich, fruity accents of red fruit and flowers, but this time the underlying note is not green date but rhubarb. The black tea is a Qimen, which adds both depth and delicacy to this delicious bouquet.

THE DES SABLES

Created by Le Palais des Thés, this green tea blend was inspired by a trip to Morocco. It is flavoured with the famous Damas rose, grown on the slopes of the Atlas mountains, and exotic fruits - mango, yellow peach and citrus fruits - giving the unique flavour of a petal jelly.

DARJEELING 7 AGRUMES

Different of the teas produced in Georgia, Russian blends are the ones that have been drunk regularly in Russia since the 17th century. These latter teas, which in the beginning were blends of black Chinese teas, became more diversified at the end of the 19th century by the introduction of Indian teas at the Russian court, most notably Darjeeling. Since then it has been the custom to refer to all blends of Darjeeling and different Chinese black teas as “Russian blends” teas, whether or not they are scented with natural citrus extracts.
An outstanding Darjeeling, fragranced with natural extracts of lemon, lime, sweet orange, bitter orange, grapefruit, bergamot and mandarin.
