This option enables you to access the product that you are looking for directly by entering the product name, characteristics or reference.

User instructions

• Enter one or several words corresponding to the product name or key characteristics of the product required (separated by a space) then validate by clicking "OK".

  The system will then search for products containing all the words entered in the product name or characteristics. We recommend that you avoid using the word "and", commas or other punctuation marks. Similarly, please do not include the terms "a", "the" or "some" or overly generic terms.

  The search results will be listed in order of relevance.

• You can also enter just the first few letters of one of the words, followed by an asterisk (*) and validate by clicking "OK".

  The search function will then display all the products containing these letters in the product name or key characteristics.

  Examples :

  If you enter FRUIT, the search function will display all products for which the product name or key characteristics contain the word FRUIT.

  If you type FRUIT*, the search function will display all products for which the product name or key characteristics contain the word FRUIT or related words: FRUITS, FRUITY, etc....

• If you know the product reference, you can enter it directly (without including the words "reference" or "ref", etc.) and launch the search by clicking "OK".

Exemples

• If you are looking for Thé des Moines, you can type:
  - its reference directly: 898 - the product name: THE DES MOINES
  - part of the product name: MOINES ou MOI*
  - its characteristics:
  • green tea
  • scented blend
  • mainly floral
• If you are looking for a Japanese cast iron teapot, in addition to entering the word TEAPOT, you could include its characteristics, as follows:
  - country of origin: JAPAN
  - the material: CAST IRON
  - the capacity: 1 LITRE
  i.e. TEAPOT CAST IRON JAPAN 1 LITRE
