Select a product category from the scrollable list on our home page menu.
The shopping guide will indicate the number of articles available in this product category and suggest a list of selection criteria to help you optimise your search.
You can tick one or more criteria, then validate by clicking "OK".
For each criterion chosen, the guide will display a number of proposals. Tick the one(s) which suit(s) you best and validate by clicking "OK". You will then be provided with a list of articles corresponding to your precise criteria.
Click on the "Order" button to transfer the article to your shopping basket.
You may change your selection criteria at any time by clicking on the 'Modify criteria' button which will return you to the relevant window.

Please indicate the quantity or weight required for each article selected.
You can finalise your order by clicking on the corresponding button or continue your shopping spree using the scrollable menu at the bottom of the page.
To complete your order, simply enter your Théophile™ number (located on the reverse-side of your Théophile™ card, below the bar code) or your customer number, which is shown on the summary of your previous online order: your delivery address will then be completed automatically. If you do not have either type of number, please enter your details in full.
The purchase order outlines the details of your purchases and indicates the total amount due. By selecting a payment card you will be given access to the secure mode where you can enter your card details in total security.
Your order has now been registered. The order summary indicates your customer number and includes useful information that should be kept in a safe place. If you have given us your email address, you will automatically receive a copy of this summary by email.
If not, we advise you to print the summary window, or, preferably, to save it.
