Literally "tea time", Gong Fu Cha has been practiced in China since the 17th century.
The tea €œboat or tray is an essential tool for the Gong Fu Cha ceremony. It is used to collect the water from the first tea infusion before it is thrown away.
Very practical due to its small size, this tray can easily be used when travelling.
