WU LONG 7 AGRUMES
Different of the teas produced in Georgia, Russian blends are the ones that have been drunk regularly in Russia since the 17th century. These latter teas, which in the beginning were blends of black Chinese teas, became more diversified at the end of the 19th century by the introduction of Indian teas at the Russian court, most notably Darjeeling. Since then it has been the custom to refer to all blends of Darjeeling and different Chinese black teas as “Russian blends” teas, whether or not they are scented with natural citrus extracts.
A wonderful Wu Long, fragranced with the famous 7 citrus fruits cocktail created by Le Palais des Thés, which consists of natural extracts of lemon, lime, sweet orange, bitter orange, grapefruit, bergamot and mandarin. When combined with the hesperides notes of the citrus fruits, the woodland character of Wu Long (oolong) tea takes on a delicious flavour, whilst retaining its long lasting taste. Can be served hot or iced.

BANCHA HOJICHA
Bancha teas can also be grilled. It is a simple operation and Japanese teashops often roast their tea themselves. On grilling the Bancha tea takes on a brown colour and a very pleasing woody aroma. It is excellent with meals, especially with fish. It is a very thirst quenching tea that is low in caffeine, ideal in the evening.
Prepare iced tea: Put 15 to 20 g of green tea leaves into 1 L of room temperature water. Leave it to brew for 30 minutes, drain and place in the fridge to chill.

BAI MU DAN
"White peony". A very fine tea, made up of all sorts of leaves in their natural state: silvery buds, Souchong leaves, first and second leaves and stems. It's woody taste is like the autumn fruits: hazelnuts and chestnuts.
