LAPSANG SOUCHONG XU XING SHAN BIO

China organic smoked black tea. From the Xu Xing Shan farm in Zhejiang province.
This tea is smoked over a spruce root fire, a traditional Chinese method. Lovely with a savoury breakfast.

GRAND LAPSANG SOUCHONG

The finest and the lightest of the smoked teas. Its delicate flavour is easy to distinguish with its two components: a tea taste and smoked notes.

THE DU TIGRE

The smokiest of the smoky teas. A superb leaf.

POINTES BLANCHES

A great classic. Black tea, which is smoked with spruce tree roots, with silvery buds.

THE RUSSE FUME

Different of the teas produced in Georgia, Russian blends are the ones that have been drunk regularly in Russia since the 17th century. These latter teas, which in the beginning were blends of black Chinese teas, became more diversified at the end of the 19th century by the introduction of Indian teas at the Russian court, most notably Darjeeling. Since then it has been the custom to refer to all blends of Darjeeling and different Chinese black teas as “Russian blends” teas, whether or not they are scented with natural citrus extracts.

A lightly smoked blend of Qimen and Sichuan teas, with a hint of jasmine flowers. Mild and flowery.

TARRY LAPSANG SOUCHONG

Less smoked than the Thé du Tigre, this is nonetheless still stronger than all the Chinese Lapsang Souchong teas.

LAPSANG SOUCHONG

More smoked than Grand Lapsang Souchong and Pointes blanches.
