How many teas are available in the Le Palais des Thés collection?
Approximately 250 loose teas are available: see the selection criteria page.Browse by country of origin (India, China, Japan, Africa, etc.), by type (white tea, green tea, black tea, flavoured tea, etc.), by caffeine content or by many other criteria.
Sampling policy
Free samples are added to your order so that you can taste different types of teas.We also offer 6 discovery kits of tea samples (presented in 12g metal tubes).
How should I prepare my tea?
Preparing tea is an essential condition for making the most of your infusion. See our infusion chart for the correct quantities and times.

Organically grown teas
Le Palais des Thés offers a wide range of organically grown teas certified by ECOCERT:- Green teas: Grand Jasmine Dao Ren Mao Feng, Yuncui Imperial, Gunpowder.
- Black teas: Darjeeling Tongsong, Yunnan de Mai, Earl Grey.
- Smoky black tea: Lapsang Souchong Xu Xing Shan.
- Oolong : Wu Long Fu Lian.

Choosing the right tea for me
Use the scrollable list of tea categories or browse the tea catalog using the menu on the home page and select your criteria.
Unit sales, packaging, discounts
For loose teas:For a quantity of 100 g to 400 g, the sale unit is 100 g.
For 500 g or more of one type of tea, only multiples of 500 g are available.
5% discount on 500 g of one type of tea in a single package.
10% discount on 1 kg or more of one type of tea.
Teas are also available in other packaging (muslin tea bags, caddies, tea box set, etc.)
Order confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Offer a gift and send your personalized message
You can select another recipient for delivery in order to send a gift and include your personalized message. You will be asked to check the corresponding box and to type your message in the corresponding fields. A letter with your personalized message will be included in the parcel, packaging will be standard and the invoice will be sent to you separately by email.Don't wait another minute - give the gift of tea!

Shipping information (US locations)
Orders are shipped to the United States by air using UPS. Packages are delivered within 3 to 4 days depending on your location. Our shipping rates are reasonable and orders are shipped from Paris, France the next business day: €10 (approximately $15) flat rate shipping. Free shipping for orders over €100 (approximately $150).As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the UPS tracking number.
You can also view and track your orders in your account.
We take great care in preparing your order to ensure that your package arrives in good condition.
We ship orders to residential addresses, as well as business addresses but not to PO boxes (a signature will be needed as proof of delivery). We ship orders to all US states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders will not be delivered on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and holidays. You will have no tax to pay at the time of delivery.
