Description
This Shu Pu Erh is harvested along Phoenix Mountain, Yunnan province. It is produced using the assamica cultivar. This is a very high grade of Pu Erh. Its name means "pine fragrance", in reference to its complex aromatic profile.
A delicious Grand Cru which reveals resinous, earthy and woody fragrances, supported by a subtly powdered texture.
