Description
This tea is produced in China in the region of Yunnan. It is a Shu Pu Erh, which is subject to an accelerated fermentation process. The leaves of this tea are compressed into miniature bird's nests, called Tuo Cha in Chinese.
A sweet Shu Pu Erh which reveals woody, vanilla, earthy and humus fragrances against a smooth texture.
Each mini Tuo Cha weighs about 4 grams (ideal for a mug or a teapot/gaiwan of about 10cl).
