Arya Tara is a small plantation nestled at an altitude of around 1,500 metres, near Darjeeling. This tea is the perfect embodiment of the wealth of fragrances found in autumn flushes, combining the freshness of spring with the honeyed hints of summer.
This sumptuous autumn flush reveals complex honeyed notes that are enhanced by a subtle freshness, with fruity and vegetal hints.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 40 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
