Description
In the Ilam Valley, Arya Tara creates wonderful teas each year. This plantation is set at an altitude of approximately 1500 m, close to Darjeeling. This tea is based on one of the most aromatic cultivars in the world: the AV2. The texture of infinite smoothness releases elegant floral and zesty notes, gently blending into a subtle sweet impression.

Prepare this tea warm:
In a teapot or a tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 85°C (185°F).
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
