This Grand Cru comes from the Badamtam estate (West Bengal), perched at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Nicknamed the "Champagne of Tea," this exceptional spring harvest combines the nobility of the tea plants with centuries-old craftsmanship. Exquisitely refined, its silky texture unfolds a floral bouquet (lily of the valley, rose, peony) with fruity, vanilla, and citrus zest undertones.

How to prepare this hot tea:
Using a tasting set or a teapot: 3 minutes and 45 seconds in water at 85°C (185°F).
How to prepare this iced tea:
In a teapot or carafe: steep 8 g in 50 cl of room-temperature water for 35 min. Remove the leaves and refrigerate.
