Description
This Grand Cru is from Fuding in Fujian. It is harvested on Jiufeng Mountain at almost 1.000 metres above sea level. It is produced from the Fuding Dahao cultivar. This superb tea has an exceptional harvest of highly regular thins silvery buds.
"Bai Hao Yin Zhen" is the highest and most sought-aftergrade of the famous "Silver Needle" tea.
The thin buds and hand-plucked, are slowly withered overseveral days before being carefully dried. An outstanding tea. These exceptional silver needles unveil their fresh rose, vanilla and green grape fragrances within a boundlessly oily texture. A rare tea indeed!
