Description
Dan Cong originates from the Phoenix mountain, in Guangdong province. This renowned Grand Cru can be recognised by its large brown twisted leaves with copper highlights. It is made from the Bai Ye cultivar.
A delicious round and sweet Dan Cong, which reveals floral and exotic fruit notes as well as toasted fragrances with a hint of vanilla.
To deploy all the aromatic complexity, the leaves should be infused multiple times with the traditionnal chinese method, the Gong Fu Cha.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
