This Grand Cru is made in Yunnan. It is harvested in spring, on the foothills of the Kuzhushan mountain, the name of which means "bitter bamboo". These splendid silver needles are made from Da Bai Hao tea plants.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 10' minutes in water heated to 70°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
