Description
This is a unique Batabatacha. Unlike the Batabatacha from Toyama, the Itoigawa variety is not a fermented tea. It is made up of 40% classic Bancha, 40% Chamaecrista and 20% Daizu (soybean), a very rare tea!
This tea reveals highly intense toasted notes, as well as coffee bean, cereal and strong liquorice notes, which are all enhanced by a powerful sweet taste.
