Description
This Grand Cru is from Mount Song, Yunnan province. It was harvested at over 1,900 metres above sea level. This tea cake made of compressed leaves is a Shu Pu Erh, which is a tea in which the fermentation process has been accelerated.
A silky, elegant tea characterised by aromas of dry wood, fruit and mushroom.
