This black tea comes from Jingmai mountain in Yunnan. It is produced by Mister Wang and it is harvested at almost 1,500 metres above sea level. The leaves look like something out of Chinese legend: pearls clasped in dragons' claws.
These magnificent, exceptionally shaped pearls of black tea reveal rich and gourmet fruity and honeyed fragrances.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
