This Grand Cru comes from Wugong Mountain where the rich soil and mist is perfect for growing tea plants. The tea is harvested in September and is set aside with fresh flowers for 3 days before being carefully sorted.
This extraordinary Grand Cru exudes a poetic aroma, as the fragrance of this mysterious flower mingles with the deep notes of black tea.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 180°F.
With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cL of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
