An elegant Grand Cru with rose fragrances

A Grand Cru from Mae Salong, Thailand. This black tea from the Ming family blends superb leaves rolled into pearls with real roses. This meticulous craftsmanship releases a delicate and enchanting floral touch upon infusion.

A tea with a smooth texture revealing subtle aromas of dried rose, intense notes of stewed fruits and caramel. A highly elegant Grand Cru.

Suggestion of preparation

To prepare this tea hot:

Using a tasting set or a teapot: 5 minutes in water at 90°C (195°F).

Using Gong Fu Cha: infusions of 30-40 seconds.

To prepare this tea iced:

Using a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8g of leaves in 50cl of room-temperature water for 50 minutes. Remove the leaves and place in the fridge.
