This Grand Cru comes from the Guria region, in Georgia, and is harvested at an altitude of 2,000 metres in the forests near the village of Bakhmaro. These mulberry tree leaves are delicately rolled. A surprising innovation from growers Nika and Baaka!
This blackberry leaf herbal tea reveals intense fruity notes that bring to mind red berries, alongside lemongrass and mint fragrances.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or a carafe: steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature during an hour. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
