Bahia Sunset

Here is a deliciously sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail to toast all summer long at sunset... Refreshing and creative, this drink inspired by the exclusive Bahia blend will delight gourmets looking for a healthy alternative to sodas.

Ingredients

- 10 g of Bahia
- 250 mL of filtered water
- 40 mL of elderflower syrup
- 20 mL of freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes

Preparation

    1 | Infuse Bahia in filtered water at room temperature for 3 h. Strain and set aside.
    2 | In a mixing glass or container filled ¾ with ice cubes, pour the infused tea, elderflower syrup, and freshly squeezed and strained lime juice. Stir with a spoon.
    3 | Fill the flutes ⅔ full with the mixture and top up with sparkling water.
    4 | Add a few more ice cubes if needed.
