Somewhere between a smoothie and a milkshake, this mocktail is as indulgent as it is creamy !
An exotic blend that enhances the fruity notes of Bahia, our limited edition creation.
Ingredients
- 13 g of Bahia
- 325 mL of filtered water
- 1 mango (or 160 mL mango purée)
- 80 mL coconut cream
- 20 mL vanilla syrup
- 20 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
1 | Infuse Bahia in room-temperature filtered water for 3 hrs. Strain and set aside.
2 | Blend mango pieces until smooth.
3 | In a shaker, combine the infused tea, mango purée, coconut cream, vanilla syrup, and lemon juice.
4 | Add ice cubes and shake until frost appears on the outside.
5 | Serve in glasses and add a few more ice cubes before enjoying.
Serving tip :
To enhance the tangy notes, grate a little lemon zest over each mocktail before serving.
