Ingredients
- 1/4 liter of milk
- 1/4 liter of water
- 5 muslin teabags or 2 tbsp (10g) of
- 30 g (1.06 oz) castor sugar
- 1 large filter (if loose tea)
Preparation
- Place the water, milk, sugar and tea in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve.
