Ingredients
- 8 g
- ½ L tonic
- 50 mL cranberry juice
- 15 mL raspberry coulis
- 15 mL mango passionfruit coulis
- A few basil leaves
- Ice cubes
- Shaker
Preparation
1. Steep the tea
- Steep 8 g of in ½ L tonic for one hour in the refrigerator
2. Mix the cocktail
- Pour 50 mL of cranberry juice into a shaker
- Add 15 mL raspberry coulis and 15 mL mango passionfruit coulis
- Top off with 60 mL of the tonic concoction. Shake with a few ice cubes
Serving suggestion
Serve in an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with a few basil leaves
