Yunnan Honey

Ingredients

- 20 cL of filtered water
- 10 cL of ginger beer
- 20 cL of lemonade
- 2 teaspoons of lavender honey

Preparation

    1| Steep the Grand Yunnan Impérial with the honey in water heated to 90°C for 30 minutes. Chill.
    2| Pour 5 cL of the honeyed tea into a long drink glass.
    3| Top up with one third ginger beer and two thirds lemonade.

Tasting tips

To surprise your guests, rub a piece of fresh ginger around the rim of the glasses, then dip them in salt.
