This Grand Cru is harvested in the south of the country, in the region of Boseong. The tea plants grow from a rich soil around a healthy environment and an ideal ocean microclimate. This tea is a Sejak, which is a green tea harvested in the spring.
A green tea with a vegetal, mineral and toasted aromatic profile, which combines with a silky texture and a subtly sweet taste.

This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 3'30 minutes in water heated to 70°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.

With the Gaiwan: infusions during 20-30 secondes.

With the Kyusu / Shiboridashi by successive 1 minute infusions.
