This Grand Cru is made in Bulang, Yunnan province. It was harvested in 2021 at over 1,700 metres above sea level. This dark tea is a Shu ("ripe") Pu Erh, which is a tea in which the fermentation process has been accelerated.
This tea reveals powerful woody, liquorice and stewed fruit notes against a highly smooth texture.

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
