This Grand Cru is made in Ha Giang province, Vietnam. It comes from the Tay Con Linh mountain range and is produced from an ancient Camellia Sinensis species known as the Shan tea plant. It is harvested at over 1000 metres above sea level.

A fresh and sweet green tea characterised by vegetal, floral and mineral notes as well as vanilla hints.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
