This Grand Cru is made in Ha Giang province, Vietnam. It comes from the Tay Con Linh mountain range and is produced from an ancient Camellia Sinensis species known as the Shan tea plant. It is harvested at over 1000 metres above sea level.

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
