Sweet: madeleines, cookies, tiramisu, cheesecake, crepes...

Savory: risotto, fish, vinaigrettes, sauces...

To sprinkle: yogurt, porridge, ice cream, panna cotta...

1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) for 25 cl of liquid.
