Description
This Darjeeling is made in the Castleton tea garden, in the Kurseong valley. It is produced from Sinensis tea plants. After 15 hours of withering, the leaves are carefully rolled then oxidised, and are finally dried at 130°C.
A summer harvest with honey and fruity notes, supported by a powdery texture and a soft, sweet taste.
