Description
Harvested in Ozurgeti in the Guria province of Georgia, it is the country's first dark tea.
During manufacture the producers use the same technique as a pu erh shu and accelerate
the fermentation of the leaves.
A smooth Grand Cru with surprisingly intense earthy, hummus and black mushroom notes.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
