Description

This tea comes from the Yunnan region of China. It is produced from the Da Bai Hao cultivar which is also used in the production of white tea. Its Chinese name, Jin Ya, means "golden buds" and refers to the many buds during the harvest.
An elegant and rounded grand cru characterised by its polished notes of wood, dried apricot and mushrooms.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 195°F.
