How to prepare this infusion hot:
Let infuse for 5 min in water at 90°C (195°F), 16g (0,6 oz.) per 1L of water.

To me, the lemongrass is the primary taste here, the ginger and the carrot are less explicit but that’s a good thing, it has a very delicate taste, very nice!
