Inspired by a traditional Turkish recipe, Hammam Rooibos is a rich, fruity flavored rooibos created by Palais des Thés.
This original recipe blends the sweetness of red fruits and flowers with the smoothness of rooibos in a truly original way.
Native to South Africa, the Aspalathus linearis, or rooibos bush as it is commonly known, is a different plant from the tea plant, which gives a pleasant beverage with no caffeine and almost no tannin.
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare latte rooibos:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 95°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.

The best rooibos I have had. It was well worth nagging my friend to bring me back the loose leaf pack! Fruity and refreshing with a slight tang. It can’t be compared to anything from the supermarket!

I took to drinking rooibos tea years ago as an alternative from black tea. I love the subtlety of this tea, it lovely fragrance and yet undeniably still rooibos. The orange blossoms, berries and green dates which are added to this tea make it a beautiful, refined and fragrant tea which make 'ordinary' rooibos, well, seem rather ordinary. Can heartily recommend it. Even non-rooibos drinkers have been converted by drinking this tea.
