Earl Grey enthusiasts will recognise the zesty notes of bergamot combined with mellow rooibos.

Palais des Thés has created an organic rooibos based on its favorite Earl Grey tea, Thé des Lords. This recipe harmoniously combines the citrus power of bergamot with the roundness of rooibos.
Naturally caffeine-free, it's ideal in the evening for Earl Grey lovers.
This creation is organically grown and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent control organization.
Prepare this rooibos warm:
Take 6 g of rooibos for 30 cl of water and heat to 95°C. Steep for 5 minutes.
Prepare this rooibos iced:
Take 16 g of rooibos per liter of water at room temperature, infuse for 45 minutes, remove the leaves and chill.
Prepare this rooibos latte:
Infuse 8 g rooibos in a mixture of 25 cl water at 95°C and 25 cl hot milk (animal or vegetable) for 5 min. Froth with an electric whisk.
