Description

This Grand Cru originates in the Chinese province of Hubei. It is an unusual Chinese tea, made by steaming without any prior withering, a prototype for the Japanese method. Its name means "Enshi Jade Dew".

A green tea of an infinite complexity boasting a rich aromatic palette with vegetal and mineral notes which linger on the palate.

This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.

With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Also delicious iced:

Steep 8 g in 50 cL of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
