Description

A smooth, umami-rich Spring Grand Cru.

This green tea comes from the Hubei province in China, where it was named En Shi Yu Lu, meaning "Enshi Jade Dew". Behind this poetic name stands a Grand Cru with an atypical profile: steam-fixed and without prior withering.

This traditional manufacturing method, unique in China, recalls the Japanese expertise that preserves the full intensity of the leaf. A true gem of the 2026 Pre-Qingming First Flush harvest, it is made of finely folded leaves and buds, releasing a light green liquor of crystalline purity upon infusion.

Infinitely complex, this green tea unfolds a rich and intense aromatic palette. On the palate, its smooth texture highlights a delicate umami flavor followed by a subtle bitterness. The tasting then opens up to sweet notes of raw vegetables reminiscent of steamed zucchini, quickly enhanced by a floral heart and mineral nuances, before lingering on a deliciously iodized finish.
