Description

Nestled within a bamboo forest in the highlands of Shan Lin Xi, the tea plants thrive in an exceptional natural environment. This high mountain tea is made from the qing xin cultivar, and its leaves are harvested at an altitude of 1,200 metres! 

With an exceptionally smooth texture revealing strikingly elegant fruity, floral and vanilla notes, this high mountain tea is truly unforgettable!

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 90°C / 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Prepare this tea iced: 
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 50 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
