Description
This superb Gao Shan Cha (High Mountain Tea) is a small artisanal batch made by the Wang family. A Gao Shan Cha is a high-altitude tea – this one is from Shan Lin Xi Mountain, harvested at over 1,200 metres altitude from the Qing Xin cultivar. An exceptional tea.
This delicate and aromatic Grand Cru delivers floral and fruity notes with a soft vegetal background.

With the tasting set: 6' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
