Lassi with Garden of Eden


  • 15g (or 1.5 tbsp) Garden Of Eden
  • ½ litre water
  • 2 small pots natural yoghurt
  • 12 (or 320g) frozen apricots
  • 5 tbsp (or 65g) white sugar
  • Requires a blender


  • Add 15g Garden Of Eden to ½ litre water and leave to infuse in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • Remove the infused leaves.
  • Add the ½ litre infused Jardin du Paradis to a blender, along with all the other ingredients.
  • Blend until the liquid is smooth.
  • Serve.

Serving suggestion

Pour into large clear glasses. Delicious accompanied by a slice of sponge cake at teatime!
