Matcha-vanilla marble cake

Hypnotic! The green swirls of this matcha and vanilla marble are perfect for a snack or breakfast. A very sweet and delicious cake, ideal for introducing matcha to those who fear its bitterness.

Ingredients
- 5 g matcha of your choice
- 100 g flour
- 100 g icing sugar
- 7 g baking powder (1 tbsp)
- 70 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (or vanilla extract)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, icing sugar and melted butter until smooth. Divide into two bowls.
- Add the sieved matcha to the first bowl. Mix well.
- In the second bowl, add the vanilla paste (or vanilla extract).
- Lay out the marble cake: alternately pour the green and white pastry into a cake tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the tip of a knife comes out of the cake dry.
