The most famous of the "Black Dragon" teas. Plucked in spring, it has a high concentration of buds, the ripe grape flavour marries remarkably well with the dark, woody flavour of the lower leaves. Of very great subtlety, it is imperative that this tea be prepared under perfect conditions according to the rules of Gong Fu Cha if its full delicacy is to be expressed.
