This green tea is the work a of a cooperative of small growers along the Usambara Mountains in Tanzania. It is hand-produced from the CS Assamica cultivar. The result is thus of much higher quality - an initiative to encourage!

This gentle green tea includes pronounced gourmet and fruity notes that develop against a soft texture.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 80°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
