This green tea is harvested in Jiangxi province, along the heights of Fu Liang mountain. It is harvested in the spring, which gives it particularly rich and complex fragrances.A round Grand Cru with intense aromatic mineral, vegetal and fruity notes with a toasted hint.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
