Description
This tea comes from the Dhankuta region in Nepal. It is harvested at between 1,200 metres and 2,200 metres above sea level. Its production methods are inspired by those of Chinese oolong. The partially oxidised leaves develop strong fragrances.
A rare Grand Cru, with an unconventional production method which reveals a round texture with very powerful fruity and flowery notes.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
