Description
Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of the most famous Chinese green teas. Its name refers to its place of production, the Yellow Mountains, and the delicacy of the harvest, referred to as "Mao Feng". An exquisite green tea from the province of Anhui.
This complex and fascinating spring tea has a zesty, mineral start which then developsfloral and vegetal notes.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 75°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
