Description

A highly anticipated spring harvest

Huang Shan Mao Feng is one of China's most famous green teas. Its name refers to its place of production, the Yellow Mountains, and the finesse of its harvest, known as "Mao Feng" (downy peaks). This particular tea stands out due to its unique twisted rolling technique, which intensifies its aromas. A superb spring green tea that unfolds a spectrum of fresh fragrances evoking raw chestnut and fresh herbs, accompanied by elegant mineral notes.

Rare and ephemeral, teas identified as Grands Crus by Palais des Thés are the result of alchemy between a tea plant variety, its terroir and the talent of an artisan grower.
